Damaged Goods

If you ever receive the item(s) in a damaged condition, please kindly contact us for an exchange. We will be responsible for all costs involved.

Our sources of import are from reputable agents / distributors in the industry and we only believe in selling what we would buy as a consumer. If you still have any doubt after you receive the product(s), refund is applicable subjected to a $10 deduction (to defray logistics cost) off your initial payment.

Change of Mind

We understand there are times you have changed your mind about the purchase and would like to do an exchange or refund. Please kindly contact us in this case.

7 Days Promise

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the day you received your purchase for whatever reasons above, with all packaging intact.

Condition for Return

Products must be in the original packaging that you have received it.

Effective Refund Amount

If you are requesting for a refund, we will deduct $10 (to defray logistics cost) off from the initial payment if the cause of refund is not a product fault.

Exchange Costs

A $10 payment would be chargeable for any exchange of product(s). Please take note that you would need to return the product(s) at your own expense.

Procedures

Please kindly contact us to initiate any refund or exchange. It would be advisable to also send us a photo of the product(s) to avoid any miscommunication.

Duration of Process

We strive to refund/exchange the product(s) within 1 to 2 working days after we receive the returns.
